Kimberly Britt, co-founder and CEO of Empower You Institute, brings over three decades of finance and entrepreneurship expertise to the forefront of nursing education. With a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and human resources management, Kimberly has a solid foundation in both the operational and strategic aspects of business leadership. 

In 2020, she transitioned from finance to entrepreneurship, successfully launching two ventures before spearheading the establishment of the Empower You Institute alongside her lifelong friend, Terri. Her commitment to excellence and innovation in education is reflected in every aspect of the institute. 

Kimberly is married and has an adult daughter, who is both her inspiration and her support in all her endeavors. Her leadership not only drives the business forward but also cultivates a nurturing environment for future healthcare professionals.
